I love it; not just the car itself but with how easy he the experience for me - the paper work, exchanging my previous car and allowing me to collect when I wished. Great service from Tony Kufandirori. Really prompt communication and friendly service. He arranged everything in advance as I was on a tight schedule so that when I got to the showroom it took under an hour to complete the sale of my old car and purchase a new one.

Booked a full service but was advised due to age and mileage a full service would not be necessary! how's that for openness and honesty! Updated about an hour before it would be ready which gave me plenty of time to get back over to pick it up. Car was washed and cleaned inside and out, looked fantastic. I had a great experience buying my new car from Holdcroft Wolverhampton. I had lots of options through the buying process and it was all explained in a way for me to understand. The car got delivered to my house in absolute pristine condition and everyone comments on how great it looks. In fact, I can't stop looking at it myself! Brilliant service.

On a brand new Renault Zoe this bubbling as appeared in 3 precise areas ONLY on a removable plastic part. This dealership says is ‘vandalism’ but really do vandals actually are so precise? I think not? It’s more likely at the time prior or during paint spraying in the factory an unknown substance was on an employee fingers?Why should 'any' person / organisation spend over £30K and a dealership using a reason that is clearly not possible without the direct paintwork just above & below the area which is 'metal'!The managing director is stating paint work is NOT covered under warranty!!To Current & Future customers:You choose which one is more plausible?1) Vandals are becoming more precise at causing damage?Or2) A factory worker while handling the plastic insert had something on his / her fingers while placing in the spraying machine?The managing Directors answer: Claim on your insurance!Note: Electric vehicles really only charge up travelling at less than 30 MPH, the faster you go above 30 MPH then it’s more than “1 mile of electricity” for every actual mile - particularly if you’re keeping up with other vehicles on fast roads etc - dealerships and other various sources I don’t think actually inform potential buyers of a electric vehicle.
