Called to check they were in and they answered after calling 5 times over the space of 2 hours. Said they were open and so drove down and they were closed. Waste of time so don’t bother.

I went on a Sunday (called first to check open) and it was an easy and efficient process. They took most of the items that I had with me and paid me 60p per kilo as their website says. I would definitely go again if I had unwanted items to get rid of.

I didn’t take the other reviews serious. This is a place you shouldn’t dream of going. Pure waste of time and the girl there is so terrible, she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She will definitely act she is doing you a favour to give you penny. Only pass is the gentleman at the shop who talks to customers nice.Avoid or it will end up in tears for you.

Great customer service and some very friendly staff! Gave them a call before going and they were still open until the time stated. Would definitely recommend!

very helpful. I called the number provided on their website to check they were open before going. I received good money for my items. They don't take heavy items so some of my jumpers and coats weren't accepted which was a bit annoying. Overall very good and happy with the service, will be going again.

Absolutely useless. Went here at 4.15pm on a Friday as their website stated open till 5.00pm, but all was locked up and no reply from the phone line. The 0800 number stated on the door is for LV insurance. Wasted time and fuel for a pointless exercise. Disappointed is an understatement.

Absolutely hopeless, went to this place just before 4 o'clock and they were closed I even call them before I arrived and asked them if they were open and they said yes but when I got their place was shut. This was a complete waste of my time I drove l all the way there for nothing!

Good Experience, took kids clothes (June 2023) that are now too small and got cash for them, rather than taking them to the recycling centre. You have to make sure clothes are wearable, good clean condition, so expect some items to be rejected. Please phone them before making your journey as their opening and closing times can vary.
