This courier company does not deserve the 1 star they are being given,They were booked to deliver 2x car doors which had no damage besides paint chipping on the edge of the doors,These focus rs doors were not secured in there van when transported and caused the doors significant damage leaving a dent in one car door and the bottom of the car seriously dentedWhen you address the matter they take you around the world an back with questions hoping to get you to change your answer and the lie about the Couriers to make it sound good for themDO NOT USE THIS COURIER

A very prompt and competitive quote was given via Shiply. The process to accept the quote was quick although did involve a blizzard of separate emails. The consignment was collected in Wiltshire the day following and delivered to central London on Day3. Good service indeed. Would use again.
