After agreeing what blinds we wanted, going to bank to get money, etc the owner decided he was'busy' and didnt want to do them after all. Dismissive, rude and unhelpful. I don't know if the fact the people asking for them are foreign affected his decision or not, I would like to think it didn't, although looking at other reviews which are generally very good it seems strange that these particular customers appear to have been treated differently to others. Maybe only go here if you are a 'local' (Scottish)?

Really impressed with service and prices. Both Stevie and fitter were professional, helpful and friendly. 5 new Roller blinds supplied and fitted within 2 weeks. Very please with all aspects of service

Good local business. We got venetian blinds here 5 years ago and they still look great.This week one of the tilt mechanisms broke. No big deal, I was just going to buy a new part from eBay & fit it myself but I contacted Peaky Blinds first in case they had it in stock. Better than that they were able to supply & fit the spare part that very same afternoon.Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.

Great customer service and a great price!Really pleased with the service we received - fitted new brushed gold venetian blinds to all our upstairs windows as part of a major refurb, and exceeded our expectations by managing a large last minute order before we had visitors come to stay. We will no doubt be ordering again when we are fitting out our downstairs rooms. Many thanks to all the team; especially the young fitter; polite, precise, rapid and tidy! A rare five star review, well-deserved.
