I've been going to Alex and her team for 3 years now.lovely friendly staff and I'm really pleased with my hair every time. I have a full colour and I'm always pleased with the results. Reasonably priced too.

Wax and Relax have offered consistently great service since I first went to them 20 years ago. From being the only person to ever successfully cut my toddler’s hair (and she is still doing it, 20 years later!) to my experience of lovely beauty treatments, Alex always gives of her best.

Great treatments, great atmosphere been coming her for 14 years great value for money means I get to have treatments more frequently. (Also get to choose my own music to listen to when relaxing)

Every time I have been here I have had a brilliant time. Absolutely love this place! Reflexology was so refreshing and relaxing. There was a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere...and very skilled beautician who delivers every time couldn't ask for any more.

Had manicure. Nails looked better before I went in. I'd spent the past couple of weeks growing my nails to a decent length so the manicurist had something to work with! Nails were filed and are now all different lengths. Cuticles are a mess and most of the nails aren't fully painted. Already chipped. Not impressed as was hoping they'd at least last until the end of Sunday as going to a family event. Waste of money.(would post photos but can't find the option to attach)

Have been going to Alex since moving to Portland 4 years ago & have always been delighted with the results. More recently have treated myself to manicures with Mo & again have been pleased. Always a lovely friendly but professional atmosphere & Alex went above & beyond when she tried to cut my grandson's hair even calling at his home. Would highly recommend Alex & her team.

Friendly and professional service from a team that care about their clients and understand their needs. Fantastic cutting, styling, colouring, manicure, pedicure and beauty treatments (I've has them all!) 5 star plus from me
