We have recently rented a property through Foxtons and it was the most pleasant easy move I’ve experienced. Molly Pett was incredible and supportive from the beginning til end, she replied to every email and message and ensured we were satisfied with all documents and the process. I had a very tricky sale forced through by a court order, that also included a lease extension. The whole process took nearly 18 months, but Foxtons Bromley were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They gave expert guidance and advice in a market that was rapidly changing (12 consecutive interest rate rises). They helped me with the paperwork and also handled all viewings and enquires on my behalf, they also helped with some of the more complicated administration to help get the deal done. I have to single out Tom Kennard for a special mention – he was a total professional and a thoroughly nice guy as well.
