Great selection of wine (as you would expect) but the staff, although really friendly & helpful with carrying stuff to your car, did not seem that knowledgeable about wine.I would also suggest a little bit more expensive than a big supermarket but maybe the wines are slightly better quality.Directors/owners/bosses...up your staff knowledge and you'll fend off the competition.

10/10 service. The only local store I could find a magnum of Veuve. Rang in advance to check stock, it was waiting for me at the checkout when I arrived.

Helpful staff, they do the heavy lifting for you and load your purchases into your car, and the tasting bar is always available. A good stock of wines, beers and spirits.Like most Majestic Wines you will always feel paranoid about knocking something over though!

Usually go to Stourbridge branch but came here on the way to the garden centre. First class customer service from Melissa. It was actually a great experience spending money!!!!
