Sam (Director) provided us with excellent service from start to finish. We were running against a tight deadline in which he did everything he could to ensure this was met. Speedy delivery, great products (not cheap like some other companies we have used in the past) and most of all great customer service! We really look forward to using them again for our company branded products

I've worked with Swag-Box on a few internal projects now and I'm absolutely blown away from our recent project.I asked for a quote last Friday and today I have received my order. This wasn't a small order by any means but Leigh and Chloe have been AMAZING from the get go.Thank you both so much for all of your efforts and communication on this project. The customer service has been fantastic. Quotes were submitted really quickly and the entire experience was a pleasant one. The pens were printed and delivered in a very short space of time. I am not completely happy with the actual pen, however, that is a selection that we made - no fault of Swag Branded. Only reason I didn't given them a rocking 5!
