I had a pleasure to cooperate with Galley Properties few months ago when I was looking for a new house to rent. Although finally, due to change of my plans, I have found other property which fit my requirements, I need to say that quality of service at Galley Properties is really one of the best and incomparable to other estate agents. Miss Dorota was very professional and helpful. Due to my job I was available each day in different hours but that was absolutely not a problem for her. Shortly I will be looking to buy own house and for sure Galley Properties will be my 1st choice!

I recently sold my house in Doncaster, did the usual round of estate agents and got the usual highly optimistic garbage from the salesmen for the big chains. Then Teresa from Galley Properties came along. I got an honest evaluation, a slightly different approach to selling and very professional service all around. It worked, they sold it, exactly as I wanted, no problem at all. You can contact them, they're responsive, you're not dealing with the usual low grade office clerks. I would not hesitate to use Galley Properties again.

The worst experience of my life regarding properties with this agent. We tries to rent a house through the agents and we have had nothing but issues. They and landlord agreed we could rent a house and paid a holding deposit. Was told can only hold for 13 days and they wanted us to move in right away. We stopped our other contract ready to move and then nothing. Delay after delay and the fear of being homeless with 2 young kids. Then we see the property back on the market. Still say no need to worry but yet further delay. Eventually 2 days before our extension on current contract they say they are having other viewing and we can reapply. No sorry or acknowledgement of the trouble it caused us. A heartless estate agents.

Really happy with the service we received from this company we dealt with Nicola and she was the best agent we have dealt with. We had been with another company before this and did not get the service we received from them but at galley they are really responsive and one of, if not the best estate agents around. We looked at another property with the company but did not proceed but Galley helped us explore all the options necessary and within applying for the property at the start of the week we had the keys within a week and a half. I recently sold my house with Galley, Dorota who dealt with my sale was so helpful, I would have been completely lost without her. Helped with any issues straight away and was just so efficient. I would 100% recommend Galley I have also rented from them in the past with no issues just brilliant service.

Must say truly a fantastic agency. I’ve dealt with many agencies in the past purchasing buy to let properties and the service by Logan at Galley Properties has been second to none. Right from the offset, he has been extremely professional, very customer focussed and he is very passionate. He has been in regular contact with myself throughout the whole process. Would certainly use Galley Properties again for buying as they really do offer a seamless hassle free service so thanks again Logan for all your help!

I am posting this from a friends Google account …But I just wanted to say that Galleys were absolutely fantastic throughout the sales process and Logan has first class customer Skills …..he was a credit to Galleys ….There was a mix up in the payment of the sale from the solicitors side …..& notably my fee of repayment to Galleys , but Galleys have been fantastic and very understanding …. ..I would most definitely recommend using Galleys.
