The people their are sweet and they are completely open about the prices they are giving .This is one of a few places I know that I would be scammed and I would like to thank the owner for taking the time out of his day to always insure that I have the best quality and pieces he may have at the time

I wish I could give Afra Jewellery a zero. I went to buy a wedding band and was shown a collection. I bought a ring and I was so happy with it but a week later it disintegrated, fell apart. I was so heart broken. I couldn't get back to the shop as I live far away. A month later I took my ring back and the lady manager refused to do anything for me. She was so rude and did not honour my legal statutory rights. She claims that I have mo rights as soon as I walk out of the shop even if my ring is faulty. She is greatly mistaken. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Very good service and high quality. The lady manger was very professional and friendly. Their prices are very competitive actual is the cheapest in the area
