I had my Dr Martens resoled. Just received them and I was stunned! They were gaffer taped together to stop the sole flapping so i only used them as my painting shoes. I asked them to recondition the uppers but didn't have much hope. BUT they nailed it, they look unreal especially considering how trashed they were. 10/10

I was ready to throw away my old worn Doc Marten shoes in favour of buying new ones, which would have cost around £200.After a quick Google search I found The Key Cobbler so I sent a few photos asking whether I should bin my shoes. Reply was swift - they could be fixed.I posted them and although turnaround time was advertised as 6-8 weeks, I waited only around 1-2 weeks. Communication was good throughout.The Key Cobbler is a true craftsman, and his repairs are a labour of love. Check out his repairs on YouTube.I am very pleased with the result. My shoes are like new (but better because they're already broken in). They came back with a nice polished shine.I'd definitely recommend The Key Cobbler to anyone thinking about getting their Doc Martens repaired.Thanks again for all your hard work.

Brilliant service!Had to send my Fly boots to be resoled as had two responses locally - either they were not confident that they could do the job, or, they wanted to charge £85-£95!!!!! Essentially they didn’t want the hassle of a potentially complicated job!The Key Cobbler did exactly what they said they would do …..and quickly too.I have a number of Fly boots, so more may be sent their way.Oh, and the Kendal Mint Cake in return parcel was a lovely added touch.Highly recommend this service.

Fantastic!I have just received my 37 year old boots by return post and am blown away by the quality of the refurb. They are like a new pair of boots, but already broken in (bonus!). Looks like they'll be good for another 37 years.

Just had back my repaired Doc Marten shoe from Key Cobbler.Am very happy with result :-) They attached a tricky patch & polished shoe beautifully. Shoes cost £90 to buy 7 years ago, for £22.50 shoe was repaired & jar of scuff polish included ...great deal as shoes will carry me for quite a few more yrs! I have sent my 7 years old Docs from London for re-soleing. Took roughly 3 weeks to have them back. I'm very happy with the result, they replaced the old soles with original doc martens new soles, and now my shoes look brand new!

I am amazed by the finish of my shoes after new soles and heels. The workmanship and service is top class and I would highly recommend.

Key Cobbler did an amazing job of resoling my 20-something year old Dr Marten’s shoes with brand new thick lug Made in England soles. The original sole on one of them almost completely fell off and now they look nearly brand new.
