Orchid Thai Massage & Spa

Yesterday I asked for a 13:30 appointment. At first they said only 60 minutes but then agreed to 30. I said I was taking break later today and could I do 14:00, they said yes! I drove over half hour and was looking outside for which building it was so rang at 14:02 and said which building was it please... She then says she’s given my appointment away to someone else!!! I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and you don’t give someone slot away just for a couple of minutes late, I’d have been more than happy to take 5 mins off my treatment time! What a waste of petrol and time! Very disappointed!

I have had a bad break on ankle years previously and two three foot massages really helped with walking properly again with ease and also helpful advice how too manage my aching ankle highly recomend sports injuries etc to attend if she cannot help she will tell you appointments best but at the moment only one person running it all so there will be dissapiontments

Just had the most relaxing massage here. The staff were friendly and professional.When travelling around Thailand I was lucky enough to have a few Thai massages and this one, in Beverley, was just as good. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want to cheer up a rainy afternoon

I was client of this shop, but now I am very disappontinted because the recent experiences. The shop looks now not cleaned and higienic . At the last appointment I waited outside the shop about 15 mines because there is only one person and she was working with another client who gave appointment at same hour of me. They ask about 40 pounds (cash only) for 1 hours massage and this person is working alone from last december 2018 is not a therapist at all! There no technique and benefits from this massages.

Excellent 60 min physio massage, answered all questions about my back issues throughout. Recommend x

My daughter booked an appointment for her self and her mum for Saturday today 16/2/2019 for 3pm and 3:30pm they waiting outside, knocked on door, rang number which was out of service, salon in darkness, no body there for their appointment, very disappointed. As for my wife, it was her Valentines treat.

Amazing massage - one of the best I’ve had. Really worked on my shoulders - oh which I really struggle with. Will definitely be back
