Really awful customer service. They were bad throughout the term of our contract with them; now the contract is finished they continue to be unable to the simplest things (at the moment: confirm whether they have requested a phone be unlocked).

Really dreadful service. My account manager does not respond to emails and their customer support email address does not accept emails from anybody outside their company!!! They charged me 50 times the pro-rated amount for exceeding data usage. Avoid like the plague!

Brilliant company, I both work there and have family who have recently changed service providers to Intercity (one of the perks of being a colleague!), they have all commented on the service which took the drama out of changing providers - it was seamless!

Absolutely awful business selling useless products. Don't be fooled by their positive reviews as most of them are fake. An IT business that doesn't have the nous to get genuine looking fake positive reviews tells you everything you need to know.Update: Intercity Technology are now submitting more authentic looking fake reviews! The owners/directors of this business are not the brightest of people.
