HAD TO CHOOSE 1 STAR but they deserve ZERODisrespectful attitude from the lady staff, no respect towards customers, only expected a simple answer of “we are closed” but instead got a rude reply of “WE ARE CLOSED” whilst the door was Open and no one was standing by it to say it was closed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Does what it says on the door. Sells returned items at a reduced price. Also sells new bits n pieces. I got some winter work gloves and a cheap fleece for work. Happy with what I bought happy with the staff. Car park very close by ( not free but not expensive) located in centre of the city

It's a sort of bargain pick shop in Stoke on Trent right opposite the London cafe. It's a real bargain hunters paradise. Clothes for everyone at very cheap prices, one could just spend time looking around, there is a fit on room too, something I understand bargain clothes shops don't provide.

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF rushing people out , NO SENSE OF RESPECT , could have told us DECENTLY instead staff especially the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE, absolutely disgusting behaviour made me not want to enter this store again

Robbed by the staff of at least 2 items costing £6. Went in with my disabled partner, was rushed out of the shop at 10 to 5 because the staff wanted go home, they then failed to give me all my items but managed perfectly well to charge me for them. When I called to inform them that they still had my items the lady on the phone accused me of lying and shouting. Someone in this store is on the take and I'd give zero stars if it was possible.

Love this place. Always guaranteed to get a great bargain. It's my go to place in Stoke. Stock is replenished often and they always seem to have something different every time I go. Clothes and shoes for all the family. Small selection of towels and bedding too.
