Textile Plaza

Went to buy ready made saree blouse and crushed velvet, to no avail. Sizes are for medium to large, very expensive!

It is easy to get lost in the treasure trove of fabrics in the Textile Plaza. Although there has been a noticeable price increase recently, this is always the best place to buy a wide array of quality fabrics and stunning designs.The customer service is always excellent, both in store, and when ordering online. As I live far away, at times I have to rely on video calls and order over the phone, I have to say this service is always the best. My requests are always responded to quickly and fabric dispatched quickly.Perhaps what I appreciate the most, both at the plaza and at the store is not feeling judged because of my size. Usually, going to an asian clothing/fabric store leaves me full of dread due to the stares and being treated differently as I am curvier than others. However, with O&P, I am always greeted with a smile, treated with respect, and never feel judged.This is one of the reasons why O&P will always have my custom, compared to other stores. It’s how you make people feel, service you provide, variety of fabrics/unique designs, and lower price than elsewhere that will keep customers coming back.

I orederd some power mesh which for some unkniw reason didnt arrive contacted company they sent out a replacement no cost by Amazon was with me next day. Thank you great service

I cannot recommend Textile Plaza enough! We travelled from London to Birmingham without an appointment and I was initially worried as they were so busy but the staff were so attentive and helped me choose my bridesmaid fabrics which were absolutely stunning. I have yet to find a provider that can compete with Textile Plaza in relation to their wide selection, beautiful fabrics and fantastic customer service. Thank you Textile Plaza! X

I was just browsing and asked for a price for some material that I liked. The next thing I know I was pressurised into making a purchase as the material had already been cut and packed. I felt cornered into buying it and I certainly did not want to pay three times my budget. Asked for a refund as it was returned on the same day but the owner refused and offered a credit note instead. I will never shop there again as it is too expensive and not an ethical shop. They don’t care about customer service, just bothered about making money. Awful service… do not waste your money or your time.I ended up paying £500 for some material! NEVER AGAIN
