SP Valeting Service (Hand Car Wash)

Really bad. They didn't even wash the car properly and managed to damage the paint on my car. When I told them about it, they denied it was them and that it was already like that.

Very poor quality car wash in overall from their customer service to work . Fully disappointed and this is not the first time. I thought they will correct themselves eventually but that’s never happened. I used this service as this is the one was close to me. But never again.They were good before and I can see now they have a different members of team and very inexperienced.Not at all good will definitely not recommend to anyone. Waste of money and time. I have no time to argue with them or don’t wanted to put myself in an embarrassment situation.From the start to end nothing was good.End of the process my car was still wet all around in most places. And glass cleaner is not used on any of the glasses and full of finger prints. The worst part is They have left a scratch on my rear passenger side window glass and it’s gonna cost me more to fix this or change .That’s my bad time.Anyway never gonna go there again why do I while there are many around. Gonna try a new one or better get this done with an automatic machine ,as it does more better job than this place.

I've been going here for about 6 years now! Always clean very carefully and well! And if they don't and you tell them they will do it properly!

Visited car wash today which I’ve been using for years. 4.15pm just wanted outside washed. Chap who washed it was great, always is. Brunette short lady on other hand was rude and refused to dry my car as she was feeling cold and said it’s raining anyway. It was not raining and she just sat back in the room with the lights off, which makes it look like the place is closed. Boss is a brilliant guy and will go to lengths to make sure your happy. The brunette short lady doesn’t like her job which shows with her attitude and her being rude. Great place, staff are not great, when my cars been washed I expect it to be dried so no stains on windows and rest of car. Shall take it up with the boss. Payed and left.

I was there today and although the car wash was good, I paid to get the inside cleaned aswell. They did a very poor job. There are still small bits on the carpet which haven’t picked up by the vacuum and the interior hasn’t been cleaned to the standard I was expecting. It all seemed very rushed and when I commented, they cleaned the interior in record time, the girl said it was too hot. Well in that case, if you can’t provide a service in the heat, you shouldn’t be working there! Don’t waste your money.

Really disappointed this time. Popped in for quid wash following snowy days to get rid of salt deposit on bonnet, windscreen and all around the car... After wash car looks much better, but check (photos) for quality of windscreen and wipers area cleaning. Quickest and worse cleaning I've ever had. They weren't busy though, I was only customer at time.

Hit and miss, but mostly miss recently. The guys did a good job with the wash outside. Used to be pretty good and reliable, depending on the wash team. Least it is consistently open when needed. Hopefully will improve.

I went to have my car washed inside and out. The initial outside wash is great, however, the drying is terrible. The young lady doing the windows clearly doesn't know how to and made them worse. The inside clean was awful too, they didn't wipe anything down and vacuumed quite awfully. When told about this they looked at me like they couldn't understand me, but spoke fine when asking for their money! Not worth it, pay a bit extra for a decent job elsewhere.
