Brilliant home. My brother has lived there for a year now. All staff are happy in their work and go over and above to care for their residents. Bernie and her team of carers show genuine care and compassion.

Just not what you order over priced will not go again.

I am a 66 year old woman who has been targeted by a habitual thief I reported it and I was asked if I had UTIand it was left at that and this.I culprit still carries on stealing from me.I reported it to the Police one of them came over and I explained everything to him after I finished telling him what I told him the policemanasked me if I had dementia which I don't have these are the people who are supposed to safe guard but it doesn't apply in their books. Some body else said to ne but everyone who works there has had A DBS check this person just hasn't been caught yet.Who ir where can you get help from when no-one believes you it is so very painful and heart breaking when people are harbour ING a thief it is not anybody from outside because the securities is very tight When its not happening vto you people start thinking you are crazy only the thief knows themselves.No wants to investigate I don't understand why. I am the one being tortured here

At the start when my mum first came to this place things were really good. But before my mum was moved to another home the level of care was very poor. A number of carers there were under qualified. And I often has run ins with the manager at the mis management of this place. Even to a degree that when my mum was in hospital I was accused of having spent the night in my mum.s flat because the television was left on and the carers were too lasy to turn if off when they assumed I was there. Then on another occasion the carer called the police and had me escorted out , again mis communication. If my mum had had an accident that night I could of sued the place, as expressed by the manager in a comment to my family. The place now is a joke and I would strongly think twice about placing your loved ones here.
