I've trained with the team at CMMA for around 5/6 years and I wouldn't have stuck with them if I didn't think they were as great as they are. They deal with people from young kids, to experienced fighters and everything in between. They really do have your best interest at heart.Definitely worth checking there website/time table out, or popping down for a chat with Charlie, he's a very friendly guy with vast experience across a broad range of martial arts techniques, most notably Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu.First week is free by the way, so what have you got to lose ;-p

Charles Martin Martial Arts is a great place to learn and train martial arts. From the Leaders/Coaches to the students, everyone here is on the same level. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly from the get go and it's like an extended family. No matter your level or reason you've come to train, the coaches will help you achieve your own personal goals and more.Since I first stepped through the door, I have been a dedicated student that couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag but now more than ever can and then some.Well recommended to people interested to come and check us out, why not as the first week is free!

I take my granddaughter here 3 x nights a week for training. (She would like to be a boxer when she grows up), she's been going since she was 7 (now 8) she loves it. I can't compare it to anywhere else as I've not been anywhere else, but there are children younger and older than her.She punched my son's hand (he asked her to) and he was surprised by the power she put into it so I'm guessing she's learning somethingWell recommended!

Amazing facility! Great team of people. Genuinly when i say there is no egos, there really is not. Everyones there to help and friendly. Charlie has put his life into his gym and it shows in the facillities. Give it a try!
