I had a very strange experience with this company; from the start the emails were quite cold and unfriendly and then later on quite unhelpful on the phone. At one point I asked if multiple orders could be done on an express service for the cost of one order - just a question really, but the reply was abrupt and, in my opinion, dismissive. It was only a small order but I really got the impression they weren't bothered from the start.I'm sure their products are very good quality, but I never got that far. I cancelled and took my business elsewhere.

Always consistently excellent - great customer service and design service, quick turnaround considering custom products, competetive pricing, and most importantly I've ordered patches, pins, and keychains from them and all have been top quality, faultless. Highly recommend.

I've purchased room sprays and bath salts in the past. The scents are beautiful and presented in lovely packaging. Highly recommended for yourself or as a gift.

I ordered 105 air fresheners with rounded corners, i received 99 with no rounded corners, I supplied artwork with cutter guide to finish. They even took 2 weeks to send an artwork proof then a futher month to supply the job, clearly they outsource to China. Avoid like the plague people, you have been warned. Terrible customer service when I complained they blamed me.

I do not recommend using this company. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. They DO NOT produce the work themselves but rather outsource to factories abroad. They upsell the costs to include a commission for themselves.I submitted complete vector designs to them at checkout for 3 orders. I did not hear back from them for 16 days. On the 17th day I was emailed 3 designs that had been heavily altered and were NOT unacceptable. They did not consult with me prior that the designs would need changing, which I would have reworked myself. They are not manufacturers and are a middle man company. I consulted with a factory directly who explained my designs were fine as is and they showed past samples of work as an example of the techniques they would use to produce the designs just as I intended them. Their communication already proved to be much better than Made By Cooper's representatives that just sided guides" without possessing any real knowledge as to why the designs needed altering.I was then charged for each design they made

Awful print and customer service. The quality of our print order was actually appalling. When I asked Made by Cooper to look into it, it took two weeks to sort. We were finally asked to return the order to them to look at and when they checked it over, they said that they found the print to be 'acceptable'. No apologies from any of the team there and we missed the deadline for the project we needed the print for. We've been refunded for our order now and we will not be using them again.

I was very surprised to see the number of people on here complaining about the customer service. I ordered 100 badges which ended up being delayed due to factory closures in China. MBC were communicative and transparent throughout the delay and I was kept very well informed by a great member of the team called Gemma who always replied promptly to further questions. I also had my rush fee immediately refunded (without my asking) when it was clear the delivery date was not going to be met. The badges have now arrived and are fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

This company have been nothing but polite and helpful. They answered queries I had about the design, they check over the design and make alterations to make sure the design is suitable, and then they send you the changes. The design isnt made until you approve the changes. admittedly this can make the process a little more lengthy, so you have to make sure you check your emails.But i wasnt in a rush for this to come through (it did take a month from ordering). But it was WELL worth the wait, the results are gorgeous. very happy with the company and the enamel pins.All of them are consistently good quality and i have noticed any issues.I will definitely be ordering with this company again, highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with Made by Cooper. It is my first time getting anything like this manufactured and I wanted some custom woven cloth badges as well as enamel badges. Made by Cooper delivered excellent quality badges and were a pleasure to deal with.I'd designed my badges myself and provided them as vector files, but a few things needed to be changed for the enamel badges to work properly. This service was quick and the results are stunning!I also wasn't sure on a few things, but Oliver from Made by Cooper replied clearly and quickly via email and answered all my questions and was happy to discuss options.If you need some embroidered badges or enamel badges made, look no further! I couldn't be happier with the result and at a reasonable price, too.
