Eden House of Coffee
Nice café that serves good coffee and it's dog friendly too. A wider variety of simple savoury choices would be appreciated and it took longer than expected to make the coffees although they were delicious coffees!

I've been here a few times when visiting friends in the area. It's a really nice place to have a cup of coffee and some cake, with plenty to choose from. Staff are friendly, service always very good

I recently visited with some of my students and what a pleasure it was. I experienced the scenario of the lost bank card and the staff could not have been more understand, reassuring us to go and enjoy our drinks while we organised looking for my card or a method of payment. Even extra milk for the tea was no hassle. Lovely relaxed environment, dog friendly and a great latte too. Can't recommend enough!

It was a miserable morning, very wet and wild out on the streets of Hereford so I made my way to this coffee shop to seek shelter from the weather and a warming Cup of coffee. The members of the staff were very pleasant and cheerful. I had a coffee and a bit of cake. The cake was OK. It didn't blow my socks off but I've had a lot worse. I do like a bit of cake, and pride myself in knowing my way around a slice or 2. This was quite flavourful but a tad soggy. Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing worse than a dry bit of cake so I would rather it be soggy than dry and I guess the sogginess was a solid indication that there was plenty of lemony goodness drizzled on it. So what am I saying? I think I am saying it was a good bit of lemon drizzle cake. Infact, ignore the 'soggy' comment, I feel that is uncalled for now I have had time to reflect upon it. The cake was good! All hail the lemon drizzle cake! The coffee was very good though. And let's be honest, you want good coffee in a coffee shop. The place does seem to have a friendly atmosphere and it would appear that they have plenty of regulars as a lot of folks that came in were greeted by name, which was nice. I wasn't but as it was my first ever visit and I'm not from the area, it would have been quite concerning if they had called my name out as I walked through the door. It would have made me wonder how they knew my name, was it a guess? We're they in some way gifted in the art of foretelling the future? Did I have a name tag on? Do they just guess people's names and their customers are too shy to correct them? Anyway, they didn't so I wasn't concerned. They are dog friendly too as a lot of customers had their hounds with them. In a town that has more coffee emporiums than people, it was pretty busy which is a solid indication that they are popular.Anyway, I will return again one day for a coffee and a slice. Hurrah!

A nice little coffee shop in Hereford town centre. Lovely looking inside but decided to sit outside in the sun. You order your items and they give you a beeper fob that they alert you on when you can come and grab your order tray. Ordered a Chai Latte, Mocha, sausage roll and crisps. The drinks were delicious, the chai had the perfect amount of spice. The home made looking sausage roll was crispy on the outside and a lovely dense sausage filling. My only complaint is maybe move the crisps away from the coffee machine as the packets were splattered and stained from the splashes of coffee. Other than that, it was lovely.
