We went to this vet today, as an emergency, we rang at 9am and was seen within the next few hours. we had a Foster dog staying with us that was having some issues with going to the toilet and wow the service we got was 5* the vet was so nice and informative and you can tell from walking in they love their job. Unlike some other vets that just see it as a way of getting money. It we lived closer to this vet I would without a doubt move to this vet. Couldn't recommend it more.

They look after both my loons for me..always friendly.... and professional when I have lost my best friends in the past..

Our whippet pup was rushed in on Sunday due to splitting her leg open massively in the garden we really did think it may of been the end for her due to how deep and big the incision was and we didn’t know if her leg was broken. Medivet (who isn’t our usual vet) literally seen her within 15 minutes of the accident. Absolutely great customer service, our pup was stitched up and the vet did a cracking job with her incision, they sorted her out and sent us on our way with her pain meds, antibiotics and full vet report to give our vet for her post op. Thanks again guys you really helped our furbaby would definitely recommend to anybody!!

Big thank you to Martyna, Arthur and Jane for looking after our dog and us on a Sunday evening. Not our regular vet and they were wonderful! Our dog is not very friendly and they managed her very well. We’ll definitely come back!

We unfortunately had totake our very poorly dog to the emergency vets and ended up here. The vet and nurse on duty took great care of our dog Charlie in his last moments. We now have a new puppy and have decided to register with this vets as the staff seem very professional and caring.

I only have kind words for this veterinary center. I went for an emergency with my dog at night, and they were super friendly and understanding. It's evident that they care about animals and provide an excellent service, both the veterinarians and the rest of the staff. Thank you very much for the treatment received."

After 13 years of excellent care I am disappointed by the surge in prices since Medivet took over. The tablets have doubled in price in some instances, £40.00 for 1 week antibiotics, that used to be £18.00. under the previous owner and £11 online.Unfortunately, I am going to have to look for another vets. Like a previous commentator mentioned, it is not the same as it used to be. It is now the norm to be waiting 20/40 minutes longer than your appointment time. It's a shame as I don't feel as good going here as I used to. The in house medication is astronomically charged, which you are then told, 'it's okay' we can do you a prescription for you to buy your products online, the problem is they want money for the prescription, which in reality could be easily printed off. It's definitely not worth over £20 for a piece of paper. They have you in every way possible. But it was definitely better under the old ownership of Ian McConnell

Had to take my kitty in for a skin problem. The vet (can't remember her name) was brilliant with kitty and took the time to stroke her and give her treats first. This really calmed her down and made the experience a lot less traumatic for her. she was very informative and helpful. Reception staff where also great. Thanks Guys
