St Helens Rota

Had to leave work in order to take my sister to them, rang them we are on the way and will be late. We had an emergency appointment btw, as my sister just had covid and asthmatic and now she can’t breathe properly. We’ve ran 12 minutes late. They did not let us in, receptionist was absolutely rude, kept telling me it is not her problem. Yeah, I guess you right, it just your job, you might as well getting paid to fob people off, 0 respect towards us, 0 customer service. So now we might need and ambulance, and I lost over half of my wage for Today. Brilliant service, do not go there!!!!

My son had a appointment booked in here as a out of hours appointment, and it was at 8.15. I found the nurse who we seen to be very rude and abrupt. She then goes on to not even listen to what I have had to say, and then when I was trying to explain his symptoms would talk over the top of me

Shocking, pay my tax to be seen to in a caravan and with only 2 chairs for patients waiting, with 9 people waiting for appointments, I asked for another chair due to a disability and was told no! What do you mean no??? I’m disabled you absolute jobsworth!This was the doctor in the hut outside in the right hand room!rubbish, never to be used again women was disgusting she forgets that I pay her wages!Also the nurse I actually seen on the left room said because my treatment was over counter medication she could not give me a prescription. Why lie about that!!I said yes you can why are you lying? She said let me look, oh 2 minutes later I have a prescription! Absolute joke, I pay their wages and I pay for my prescriptions monthly what more do I have to do to see a respectable doctor in a respectable practice! Joke both of you!! Sort it out!!

These came through tonight for me, mild infection and giving me antibiotics for the next couple of days. With highest most respect of seeing me at 11pm truly appreciate it. Doctor and receptionist was so respect and so welcoming thank you again.

Absolutely disgusting phoned up this morning (11.30) got told to wait for a call, call came phone rang once then went off when I rang back got told they give you 3 calls then that’s it it’s 20,25 now and no one has rang, my daughter is poorly we have been hanging on the phone all day, would of been quicker going to a walk in centre!!! Now we have no help and have to wait until morning to start all over again!!!unacceptable!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Boundary road closed so had to go through town which meant I arrived 5 minutes late for my 2 year old to be seen only to be told they run on a 5 min cut off so I couldn’t have the appointment even though next appointment wasn’t until 10 minutes later. Where is the common sense and the effort to at least try and see my 2 year old in the time left. They always have us waiting at least 20 minutes to be seen anyway so alright for them ey.

Called for an emergency appointment for my son at 6pm only got a call back at 9 and 11. My son was fast asleep at that point. 1 hour after I waited for the phone call I decided to just take him to the walk in centre as something in myself was telling me to get him seen as soon as! We then discovered that he was having a reaction to something he had ate. Thank god I didn’t wait all that time to finally have a phone consultation god knows what could of happened to my son. This service used to be great but it’s gone terribly downhill.

The rota service came out today to my dad aged 91. They were very helpful and arranged for my dad to be treated at the hospital. Received useful and practical advice. Many thanks for your help.

Booked my daughter 2 year old in due to spiking high temps she has seizures when she spikes got there was made to wait with a door Open in the cold in the little hut things the nurse was absolutely disgusting! Completely dismissive to everything I was saying told me she doesn’t know what she want me to do because my child is fine after taking two seconds to check her over then proceeded to carry it on out side yelling so I yelled back told her she was useless she then fel over an traffic cone because she wasn’t looking where she was going I was walking away at this point took my daughter to walk in Center to find out 6 hours later she has tonsillitis again the out of hours then had the cheek to right me the next morning to say I pushed her an am banned and hung up wouldn’t even listen to my side I also had a friend with me thankfully! Absolutely disgusting!

Very supportive. New used sn out of hours service but would definitely recommend. Better service than my doctors
