Cockburn Vets

This vet is fantastic! My boy urgently needed an entropian surgery. A lady vet (Cathy) saw my boy within a day which was on a Friday and she operated the following Monday! The surgery went very well and my dog is recovering well. She did a fantastic job and I can finally see his beautiful eyes again. Bailey is now so bouncy and happy.The aftercare was brilliant. All the staff in this veterinary practice are so friendly and professional. They really care about animals.

I had to book to my beloved Daisie to be put to sleep.I have to say they were amazing! Caring and thoughtful. I was a mess! From the call to ask for advice. Booking in and every receptionist I spoke to understood how difficult it was, they were incredibly paitent. The very kind vet made sure I had all the facts and explained everything so I knew what to expect. It was a very difficult period I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. Thankyou for making a horrific moment slightly more bearable.

I simply cannot recommend Cockburn Vets highly enough. All the staff we have dealt with, from the Reception team through to Joe Dunne our vet have been absolutely fantastic - friendly, caring, compassionate, efficient and professional. It is obvious that every member of the team has the welfare of animas in their care at the front and centre of everything they do. We recently had to have one of our cats put to sleep and the sensitive way in which this horrible event was handled by everyone at the practice (and especially Joe) made it much easier to endure. I would not even think about going anywhere else.

Fantastic place , always available for same day appointments and plenty of vets . Near to home to a nice run over the charnwood hills .

Very helpful and professional vets, and staff at reception.First time used them, it’s a very clean, spacious and a caring place. Vets are very nice and helpful, deal with all issues for us.Free parking at the back, disabled toilet near the entrance.

Absolutely the best vets I have ever been to. From the the wonderful reception staff to the vets and nurses I have only had positive things to say about them. They go the extra mile to help your pet and really listen to your concerns. Nadine is especially amazing!

Scout has been visiting Cockburn's for 6 years now and the service we receive is excellent. He has been treated by several vets and they are all friendly, caring and attentive. The reception staff are all pleasant on arrival and all know Scout and greet him personally and go the extra mile to make the pets calm and happy. I'm so grateful to have such an excellent facility nearby to care for my dog.
