I've got to say THANK YOU so much to all the people at Aquafax. Had issues setting up a Mastervolt Alpha Pro and contacted Mastervolt directly who put me through to Aquafax even though the customer didn't purchase it through them. Keith Reay went through it with me and helped me with questions and answers. Really knows Mastervolt products and all the technical details which are just not available or clear in the manuals. A real credit to Aquafax and Mastervolt! And it's great that the link between Mastervolt and support from their supplier worked so well.

They seem to be working in a different manner to the way they use too ... this is comming across in a much improved and efficient way..I for one will and have been be using them a lot more..

Excellent service at a very competitive price! I was even helped in Dutch by phone and by email! Delivery was prompt and correct with fair shipping cost. The 'ECS VENTILITE CLEAR ROOF VENT (NO COVER)' for which I was very glad to find them to replace the originals used on a Princess 36 from 1988 (!), came with all accessories like insect screen and all stainless steel srews. Even those for the S/S cover which was not included in this item. Many thanks!!
