The Range, Ballymena

It is a large store with a lot of products but don't expect to get the greatest quality.Some items are well priced, but others are a little overpriced.

Son touched the water feature in the garden department which resulted in his clothes being bleached. I called the store and the manager couldn't give a hoot. Didn't ask is the child alright. More people skills in a baked potato.

Good store on the site of the old b&q very well stocked and very clean they have a restaurant here and good parking it can get very busy at the weekends could do with more staff on tills. Now also has an Iceland store inside very useful plus toilets at rear

I'm marking this not on the shop because it brill having lovely day getting Xmas stuff. But I have to say the customer service was shocking young girl her face was tripping her she hardly could talk to you and was so grumpy. Working with public myself I came away thinking my god is this the level of customer service were at? I strongly suggest more training needed that was ridiculous her face was gurned of her I bit my tongue so did my partner. OK if your having a bad day but leave it at the door I do not no how this goes unnoticed you need to take closer look at your young staff there more grunts than a pig and she was pig ignorant!

I've been going to the range for years now. It has a large mixed selection of general things. The one in Ballymena is a good size. Nothing really bad to say. Large car park, kid spaces and disabled. Toilets and cafe inside

Only my second visit to the Range. My last visit was in Belfast.This store is conveniently located off the main Dublin to Belfast route.Plenty of parking (Free). I would suggest giving yourself a Half Hour at least to wander around if you have not been before. The Range offers a wide variety of goods in one area. The Range has not expanded in any great number to Southern Ireland but are plentiful in Northern Ireland. Close to the Irish border and easily within an hour's drive from major towns of Dundalk & DroghedaThe shop was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff. You will buy something even if you arrive believing you have everything... It's that type of store.There is a Tesco next Door with plenty of other major outlets in Retail Park.Well worth the visit and enjoy.

There's a lot of stuff in here (even an Iceland!). Staffing can be a bit low in the furniture end, but we don't often shop in that department
