Bounce Luggage Storage - Victoria Station

Went to the hotel they asked for the bounce id and thats it.Very easy process and very good behaviour.They also let us use their toilet washrooms.Highly recommended!!

Staff friendly and helpful. Felt a bit odd just leaving my bag in a hotel lobby but it didn’t move, nothing was missing and the whole process was really simple. (Take picture of your bag when you drop it off!)

Avoid. Their booking system didn't let me book the right date/time so I asked the man at the desk if that was going to be a problem. He confirmed it wouldn't and wrote down our pin. Lo and behold, as we came back to collect our bags, it turned out that the booking wasn't entered in the system at all (why have a self booking system at all then?) - the man at the reception asked me to cancel the booking and said he'd rebook it for tomorrow again and check the bags out after a few hours?? No idea what the issue was and I was not going to pay twice for storing the bags... it was unnecessarily complicated and a waste of time when we just wanted to leave and catch our bus. Will stick with official storage company next time, absolutely not worth the small saving.

It is in a lobby of a small hotel few minutes walk from Victoria Station. The reception staff was kind and helpful. After you register your luggages on Bounce you get an e-mail confirmation and you need to take a photo about your luggage. You need to show both to pick them up.

Really good experience and staff were helpful although the hotel were unable to scan our QR Code that ensures bag security according to booking confirmation email that we received... other than that I would use again

Quick and easy, the receptionists were very quick and friendly. Safety is definitely their number one priority.

Overall a good experience, would recommend that. The only thing was that at the beginning the staff didn’t tell us to take a pic of our bags, which is necessary to pick them up when you’re back.

Very convenient. Staff were nice on site. Made a big difference to our London experience, as we had enough time to do more activities without carrying our luggages around ☺️
