Incredibly condescending, unpleasant, unhelpful, and dismissive on the phone. The man who works there is either naturally talented or tries very hard at making you feel like you’re wasting his time.

Having enquired about a rental property that they were advertising. The person who answered the phone, did not identify themselves and was extremely rude and dismissive and didn't want to even attempt to help! Customer service and respect doesn't cost a thing but was definitely missing from this person at this branch!!!!
