TRANSACTION INCOMPLETE at Glenrothes store. We Paid for juice and it was not delivered. Driver promised he would return so we waited before eating but we were lied to. He never came back. Out of pocket and lies from your employees. Shame on you!!!!

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I have ordered a few times from here in the past, and the order is rarely correct. I ordered 2 Large pizzas for delivery (Cost £27) from here a week ago and waited over an hour before deciding to complain about my late delivery.I called 4 times over a period of 10 minutes only to have my call ignored (it rang out). After deciding that they were just going to ignore me, I drove the 2.5 miles to the shop (leaving my partner to wait in the house in case the delivery arrived) only to experience the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. They basically tried to deny that my order hadn't arrived and then told me that it was out for delivery (1.5 hours have now passed since ordering and paying online). I told them that I wasn't leaving the shop without my 2 pizzas which they very reluctantly cooked for me.I received no discount, apology or freebie and won't be back to this joke shop. I'd strongly advise everyone to boycott these clowns.

Worst pizza I have ever had. I chose papa John's for my birthday tea and was really looking forward to it. I was so disappointed when I collected it and took it home and so were my family!!! The pizza x 3 were burnt dry hardly any toppings and lacking in everything hardly any tomato base couldn't even taste it if I am being honest real lack of cheese and the portion of toppings were the least they could get away with I am still trying to find a few!!!..we paid alot of money for my rubbish food! The potato tots were dry everything was a real disappointment. Dry tasteless burnt food I will never go back! Utterly disgusting thanks for ruining my lockdown birthday tea! You are giving Papa John's a bad name!

Absolute shocking service. Ordered 3 xxl pizza at 1pm for delivery at 2.45pm for a kids party. Calls to the shop were fruitless, then told driver stuck in traffic in Glenrothes!, then told he can't find the address. Went to shop nd was told he will deliver in 5 mins, same as I was told at 2.45pm. Will never be using tthis shop again.

The Glenrothes papa John's are the worst take away I have ever dealt with. Messed up my order which cost £35 and denied it, done nothing to help and when I asked the name of the person I was talking to the guy lied and told me two different names
