I've done classes in real life and online with Emma and she is a fantastic yoga teacher - she always give options, so that you can take an easy or more complex route through her practice.I have found the online sessions are awesome for flexibility when you can't quite make a real life session - and for keeping me strong and feeling younger and more supple!

Incredibly thorough and really strong deep tissue sports massage. You definitely won’t fall asleep, but your muscles will feel much better after a session with Emma. She worked the underlying muscle issue not just the pain on the surface. Highly recommend. Was very sad when she left Europe.

I joined Emma's lunchtime yoga session today and it was a great way to break up my day working from home. It made me feel a lot more active during my working day and helped with connecting my body / breath. I'll definitely be joining again and would highly recommend giving her sessions a go.

Working with Emma has really been an amazing experience, as she guided me towards my goals at an overwhelming period ,when I didn't even know where to start. She really helped me as a whole in my every-day life and not just in the aspects of health as I have learned to communicate better with myself and my needs. I certainly see and feel the results of our sessions in just the sort period of three months . The coaching sessions overall have helped me regain my energy levels , be more productive and feel more confident and certain of myself. She is really understanding and I felt that she was really listening to me and was trying to help me achieve my goals by showing me the way.

I miss Emma! She was certainly the Yoga instructor for me. We had one on one private lessons for about four months and then unfortunately she had to move.She listened, adjusted the classes to me and my needs … answered all my questions throughly in and out of our sessions.Give a go and find out.

Emma has worked wonders for my lower back and shoulder issues using a combination of stretching, manual adjustment and dry needle acupuncture. I can only offer high praise for her work. Whenever I am in the area, I seek out her therapy.

I really enjoy yoga classes with Emma. In fact she is the best yoga teacher I have ever had! She is experienced and well qualified, her lessons are also well planned with plenty of variation to meet individual needs.

Emma is the best yoga teacher I've ever seen. Her classes are perfectly paced, and combine a great mix of breathing and stretching techniques. Poses and transitions are perfectly explained, and make you feel fully re-energised at the end of each class. Emma is naturally talented for her job, and is as effective both in person and on-line. Recommended for everybody.
