Hot Tub Medic

I've used Hottub Medics a few times now and after the service I received today I had to write a review for them as I was so impressed with the level of service. Stephen in particular has always been very quick to respond and eager to help with any queries for our Hydropool Swim Spa. Today we had a bit of an emergency where we couldn't close our cover and the company that deals with the cover couldn't come out till Tuesday a four day wait in the dead of Winter. After Stephen heard this he came out on a Saturday in very bad weather and helped get the cover down until the engineers could come saving a painful electric bill. If you want a company that truly knows the meaning of service, I can't recommend Hot Tub Medics highly enough.

Hot tub medic fitted an outside sauna for me .An absolutely brilliant job , perfection .All the guys were extremely experienced and professional……. I would highly recommend this company , faultless.

Stephen and his crew are magicians. Our new swim spa had some issues inherited from the supplier. Stephen jumped in (not literally) and fixed all the problems. He gave invaluable advice how to operate and maintain the kit for max efficiency. My partner Sandra loves him! Should I be worried :)

Steve and his team were amazing installing our hot tub back in April this year. They were professional and informative and Steve has a great sense of humour which made me feel very at ease. They ran through all the maintenance and how the control panel works. He talked through the options of bromine V chlorine so we could make an informed choice. He’s been on hand ever since to answer any queries. Can’t recommend him and his team highly enough!

First Class and Trustworthy. I have called Steve ( and he is the hot tub medic,) several times, the first time I was really stuck as to why my hydro pool was performing strangely. I was impressed, the knowledge and clear understanding he demonstrated just via a phone call was highly reassuring, accurate and saved me much time wasting and more importantly wasted money. The second time I arranged for Steve to visit, it was a much needed instruction and lesson that a YouTube session could not deal with as a real person can.It was worth the money, the time and the value, Steve is such a re assuring, clear speaking person, it was such a relief.
