Went for the first time last night, fish was fantastic nice and fresh and cooked perfectly. Chips were really nice too and not greasy at all. Better than everyone else Gainsborough

Great chip shop, ran very very well. Went in and everything ready, the price was fantastic. Chip size not to my taste, however they're done well and some prefer a chunkier chip. Gravey was fantastic also. Fish was beautifully cooked and the battered sausage was perfect lovely light coat of batter breaks away.

We have been going to Cox's Chippy for about 15 years, the best chippy in Gainsborough,lovely big fish in gorgeous batter, and lovely helpful staff.

Asked for a large bag of chips was more like a medium couldn’t even feed 3 people with it will not be using coxs again 40p more then johnson and you get more for £3 at johnsons

Absolutely love this place, I've not had a bad experience yet. The chips are lovely, and the fish is amazing. The staff are very efficient and polite 10/10
