Contacted JOR for a large body of work on a leaking tenement roof. The office matched a price from another company, and improved upon it. Although initially it took some time to organise the works when they started the team were efficient, thoughtful and professional. The JOR property office were easy to contact and answered all of my questions. They managed to organise a complex payment between multiple owners and were respectful throughout. I would use this company again for roofing.--- UPDATE 2023Just to add to this review, the work has held up brilliantly. We recently had a surveyor into the property who gave high compliments on the quality of the work completed on the roof and window by JOR. We have continued to use them for work since and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for this type of work - especially if oyu live in a tenement with multiple owners!

JOR have done two great jobs for us, our house extension and remodelling of downstairs went flawlessly and commercial joinery and electrical work at our business was done with minimal fuss to our customers and staff at times that suited us. I would recommend JOR and continue to use them as a preferred vendor.

Boiler was playing up, JOR sent an engineer round that day who advised that it would end up costing more to replace faulty parts as it had been repaired before and was over 15 years old. I had a brand new boiler fitted within days and the heating was back on. Top notch service from local professionals.

I can't thank J O R enough for coming to help fix my daughter's broken board on her bed. It was a small job and I had been let down 3 times before they came.The joiner fixed it very quickly he came to see what he needed, then went to get the new board and did an excellent job putting the bed back together again. Murray was amazing, helped us at a moments notice and organised for a new shower and at the weekend. Thank you so much + to the plumber who fitted it.

Started off promising, then went downhil after the plumber came to look. All I was looking for was to have my shower sorted as it lost pressure , we have a broken salamander pump.I was offered a new boiler...not what I wanted. We then spoke about pumps, getting it sorted and he looked at the pump. Said he would get a quote over, two weeks passed and no quote. I emailed and was told they would speak with the engineer. Still nothing, on my next email I was told he had been on holiday but was back tomorrow and would get one out. Still haven't heard. It's now been 7 weeks. It honestly seems that as I didn't want the big money boiler Then they weren't interested

I have been utilising JOR Property on an ongoing basis for all property-related matters for several years now. The reason I keep going back simply put is that, in my experience, the standard of work and service provided by JOR is carried out and completed exceeding what I actually expected, without any unnecessary delays.
