Always helpful came out and measured and give me a quote, total amount then broke it down whats for flooring and what was for fitting my qoute also included screeding of the floor as I am going for a commercial flooring

Good service prior to buying the carpet end of January for fitting mid Feb. Carpet was meant to be £26m2, half price if buying the underlay. Spent £1400 roughly on apartment living room, bedroom 1 and 2 and hallway laminate. Fitters really good and nice guys.5 months later the carpet has gone flat in some areas which also looks matted and feels hard, really disappointed that only 5 months a carpet which was meant to be £26m2 (not cheap) has worn that quickly. Under the carpet in some corners, mainly the bedroom was like falling apart, carpet fitters regluded it with a spray.Overally, quality of carpet looked good, felt good at the start but doesn't last which it should at that price since.

Really happy with the finished product. It is hard to visualise which flooring will look best in your house. The fitters that UNC&B use are great, there was no mess left and quite quick to lay it, I had the downstairs toilet and hallway done as well

I cannot rate this company highly enough, absolutely first class service. We ordered from a sample in store but unfortunately when laid the distressed look was not to our taste as it was unclear on the sample.Mike the owner explained that as it wasn't to our taste, due to no fault on either party he offered to replace it with a more traditional look free of charge. We love the new floor so a big thankyou to all staff, fitter reception,owner well done. If I ever need carpets flooring etc this is the only company I would choose and would highly recommend

I have been a customer of united carpets for several years and they never dissapoint, i had my bathroom floor fitted today and I am more than pleased, the fitters did a perfect job at a reasonable price, they were two great lads too.

I was really happy to buy the carpets until they were fitted. Lots of cuts appeared in the stair carpet. When I got the guy back who fitted them he said that someone had been walking upstairs and kicking the risers.. I asked him to take some of the carpet off and when he did the underlay was cut at least 1 to 2" short on the riser. His stupid reply was that it would not make any difference if there was no underlay down. I have since asked two carpet firms for their opinion and they both said the carpet had not been fitted correctly. I have a couple of photos which I will try to upload. He also said that he would get the shop manager to phone me but I have not had any calls."
