(Collected an order)There was only two staff in the shop who were both serving one customer!The shop do state only 4 customers at anytime but the shop became very full and the staff said nothing.

I love Boots in Woolston. Its only small, but I can pick up all my Max Factor, vitamins and I use this Boots for my prescriptions. The staff are super lovely and helpful.

Good old Boots. Spot on service.No major issues with boots shopping area . Literally walk in and walk out and job Gd done. Everyone is happy.Except , UNFORTUNATELY, Boots PHARMACY who makes a constant mistakes and provides appalling and shockingly poor service just at that pharmacy department wont bring much trust in to using Boots in general. Shame on you my dear Boots.Taking my business elsewhere. Avoid!

Had to go get a few bits, wasn't that busy! And didn't have to wait in a queue! Bonus!. One way in and the same out, all your cosmetics under one roof and not over priced to! Must wear a mask around the shop, clean and tidy, staff always busy in there! Will be back again soon! Disabled friendly and access to the front door very easily obtained! Parking just in the west Quay complex! 5*
