Awful. I contacted him and arrange to have something picked up. He never turn up and didn't return any of calls or SMS. This is not what I call profesional. Don't bother with him!

My partner booked this guy to come and pick up some items from a property she was renting and the landlord was going to give them access at 11am..would you believe that the guy just never bothered to turn up and would not answer his phone when she tried to call him.She has now had to rearrange with a different company and the landlord will once again have to be inconvenienced

Extremely disappointed with William. Had arrange for a pickup of 4 items of bedroom furniture. 5 minutes before the agreed time I get a text to say they will be 1 hour late. Normally that would be okay but I had to get to work so I was unable to wait. I was told to give them a call back and they will work around my schedule to arrange another pickup. I have tried to text and call, all to find out my number had been blocked. Sure enough when I call from my land-line and the phone is ringing. Terrible service.

From phone call to picking up our old couch took just over an hour. Fantastic and friendly service. 100% recommend, Thanks

Was looking for a man in a van found this on Google maps Phoned them up explained I wanted stuff moved from Glasgow to Linwood The guys arrived on time no issues that way Anyway the stuff came But once they left my boyfriend asked if the items were there On checking I noticed there was only one television but supposed to be two Anyway we contacted the guys and got a recorded type message back So I called them which we spoke to them and they said they would check there van later on that day So next day we tried again I called them no answer numinous times My boyfriend Trued on his phone but he got blocked straight away so couldn't get through I have now done reviews everywhere to let ppl know not to use these guys again I'm really angry as thought you can trust people with your items but obviously you can't Were also taking this further and contacting the police if we don't hear from.them again I'm the next day or so So I hope y read this van and think twice before using this service
