Alliance Maintenance have done a fantastic job of making my dining room and kitchen into one beautiful, open plan, easy to use space. They have fitted new flooring throughout and a new kitchen. Great communication, reliable, hard working and clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

My experience of Alliance is very different to the reviews. The company might be good if they do the work, but getting them to do it seems impossible. Pete Farrow came, measured up for alterations and sent me a quote on 1st September, saying that they were busy and it would be October or possibly November before the work could be done, but by Christmas we heard nothing from them.At the end of December & the first week of January I rang to find out what was happening and the phone wasn’t answered. My wife rang from her phone on Thursday 5th January to be told that they would have to speak to the plasterer and would contact her the next day with a date to start the work. 2 weeks later we’re still waiting. I can only presume that they don’t want to do the job, but don’t understand why Pete didn’t just say that.

Highly recommended. 8 internal doors fitted, Alan and Jamie did a superb job, quality work, super tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, thank you!
