I got my second nose ring done here recently after a recommendation from a friend, the girl who pierced me (Katie) was very friendly and welcoming. She went over everything with me from aftercare to how to change the jewellery. Overall a positive experience that I would recommend to anyone

Would defiantly recommend, got all my piercings done by the lovely Katie, never had a problem. Customer service is always amazing, she’s always a pleasure to be around because shes a lovely person and she gets the job done quickly and efficiently

With having over 30 piercings here,the experience is second to none, the staff are knowledgeable and very accommodating to each individual need. Very clean and sterile wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had two sets of lobe piercings here and a daith. Was very rushed I was in and out.My pain threshold is really good but the man who pierced my daith shoved it in hard and the pain! It started to bleed and I mean BLEED really badly everywhere afterwards. Was told this was normal but was still pouring an hour later filling thick tissues. It hurt for days throbbing in my head and had become infected , despite me being completely on top of aftercare. Before they reply a comment saying about that I’ve got ten piercings and never had issues and most certainly know the aftercare! AVOID

I’ve had many piercings here over the past couple years such as my tongue, nose and lots of ear piercings and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The girls are very friendly, make you feel comfortable and I’ve never had any trouble with my piercings. Definitely recommend!

All the staff here are lovely! Had an appointment with Paris for a piercing couldn't fault it I love it can't wait to get more

Recently got my vertical labret pierced here. Walked in and the girl who was about to pierce another person said “what do you want” in quite a rude tone. Walked over and asked for the piercing, sorted things out, was told the price (which on their website they haven’t updated their price list, or made it clear), i didn’t have enough so had to wait for my mum to respond and then i had issues with my card and their machine, in which the whole time the other woman who was stood at the counter serving me was being rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. When I went to sit down to get my piercing, she began talking through the steps to the girl beside her which i didnt see as an issue, until they both started talking about how they have messed up this piercing before and one of them saved herself with “but it was Black Friday” right before she was about to pierce me???? She did then pierce me, without any warning and took extremely long with the needle, and when it was done i started bleeding, which my friends pointed out and the woman who pierced me very rudely told them off for making me worry (i wasn’t worried at the bleeding, i was worried about what they were talking about just before my piercing). She told me the aftercare and when to change it but the whole time kept speaking in a passive-aggressive tone. I prefer the old staff who have pierced me several times throughout the years.

a younger worker here pirced my sons ears and as he cried because he was shocked she gritted her teeth at him and pulled his hair! he immediately got up n walked out at the time I didn't know why so I obviously went after him, I'm not 100% sure but I think her name is Paris this is totally unacceptable behavior and I'm going to report this further to the police as my 8 year old son is traumatized from this!
