SAXON Architects

Absolutely awful experience with these architects. Jack/John made no notes when he came to see what we needed, which is where we believe he went wrong. He was incapable of listening and actually submitted the wrong dimensions for planning permission, which we didn't pick up until we hired a solicitor for something else. We wanted a toilet in our kitchen extension and he put it in the wrong place about 3 times, despite me saying we wanted it where the current outhouse is. I have so many regrets about hiring this company.

Jack gave us a great deal of confidence with his knowledge and clearly knew his business. The drawings supplied were comprehensive and detailed. Our builder complemented us on the quality of the drawings supplied. I would recommend Saxon Architects.
