Physique revival

Went to see Jodi because my shoulder was sore due to my job. Was a bit nervous about going as never done anything like this before. Soon as I arrived I felt comfortable she was very easy to get along with and the room was very clean.Sat down and had my consultation with her she quickly diagnosed my issues and then proceeded with the massage.I feel so much better now almost like I have a new shoulder I would highly recommend Jodi.

Jodi was excellent, cannot recommend this business highly enough. I spend a lot of time at a desk on a PC and therefore experience a great deal of tension that builds up in my shoulders/scapula area. One visit to Jodi has completely released this. Will be back soon.

Jodi is super professional and listened to everything I had to say, we did an in depth consultation to begin with and she checked my range of motion, posture, etc… and even showed me some useful stretches at the end of the session- will definitely be returning!

I recently got a running injury and my first thought was to try find someone who could help. I came across jodi and gave her a message. Jodi was super helpful and very thorough in finding out where my injury was coming from and where to go from there. She gave me amazing advice and sent me over lots of information and streches to follow up. After a couple of weeks i then went to see jodi to be treated with a sports massage where again she was very thorough and explained everything she was doing so i felt reassured. I will definitely be using jodi again, its nice to go to somebody who has so much care towards her clients. Look forward to my next visit

Jodi has a wealth of knowledge and can put a program together to work on…. I’m only 2 sessions in and can feel more than the benefit I was expecting. Each time I have left I know I have been worked on and feel the results a day or 2 after. Highly recommend physique Revival. 10/10

First went with shoulder pains which was impacting the mobility in my arm. Jodi asked a number of questions to get to the root of the problem and then treated it accordingly. Very professional aswell as making the client feel very comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Suffering with back problems from my desk job, so booked in with Jodi and the experience was amazing start to finish, she sat me down for a chat to get to the root of my problem so she knows which area to treat, followed by an excellent massage, and finished off with some small stretches. Even provided some home exercises for me today that will help with my problem! Highly recommended and will be rebooking.

I had the pleasure to meet Jodie yesterday for a 60 minute sports massage.
