The mechanic sprayed my car engine with some kind of oil based solvent that sprayed onto areas of the exterior. I never asked for a clean up of the engine nor ever had one on any car I owned. No clean up of the mess, I have permanent stains on wiper arms, and they don’t have car washing because of costs blamed on covid. Coincidentally my ac no longer works after this visit. I knew one tire needed help but was told another tire has a nail. Almost £300 quoted to replace two tires! I took it to a neighborhood shop, £55 for a new tire, £0 to have a small nail removed that never punctured the tire. They also suggested a full brake system replacement. That will be handled by my local shop likely for 50% less. This place is a rip off with lazy mechanics and management that is very good at backpeddling and offering no immediate solution to a problem. Never again!

A little out of the way but otherwise great range of cars, Lee is a top salesman and bargains to be had

I have been searching for a Mini Clubman for a little while. I test drove a black one at Stephen James MINI Woolwich and fell in love with it. Although I did not purchase it the service I received from Lee Madden and his team was second to none. They went over and beyond to try and accommodate my needs and was ready to move mountains. In the end I was set on different colour Mini of which I have now taken delivery. Nevertheless, Lee and his team were able to help me in my search for my perfect car!Lee was very helpful, informative and patient. He was very positive when I told him I had found my dream Mini Clubman in the colour I wanted. He even invited me to get in touch if he could be of any further assistance!I would definitely recommend this showroom and the assistance of Lee if you are thinking to buy a Mini. Paul and Jordan were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and not at all pushy.There was very little wiggle room in prices, but that was made acceptable by the feeling they're giving an honest offer in the first place. And it is an official dealership after all so paying the advertised price is kind of expected.All around very happy.

Beautiful store? Team highly professional, personalised biscuit and option of tea offered whilst you wait or during client's engagement. Ooh and the cars... beleive me when i say dreams can come through, my mom now drives with confidence

Loved it and was quite good service as the staff are nice and friendly and there is also a bar where you can make Tea, Coffee, Decaf and Hot Chocolate and add Lotus Biscuits also I loved the amount of cars they had as downstairs they had nice new cars but upstairs there were lots of used cars which were amazing even including the newest i8 models.

Great service from Sam and his team at Mini. He treated me with respect and always returned my calls and emails. The handover of my new car was great fun and he really made the experience special.

Steven James in Woolwich is a great branch. The customer service is incredible. They make you feel welcome and are very understanding if you have to reschedule your appointment. They also provide you with refreshments which you can help yourself to which include water and hot beverages. They have free wifi which you can connect to. When they service your car, they will provide you a video of they work they have done. They also have a big reveal when you receive you brand new car where there is dramatic music playing and your vehicle would come down from the ceiling.I am a very happy customer
