Booked a taxi to take me to Watford hospital for my eye appointment. Taxi never arrived. Callled them 3 times, they said drivers car broken down and to book another taxi. So frustrating. I was not informed earlier. I had to use another taxi firm in st Albans . Very disssappointed. I won't be using them again

They go over and above. Reliable, trusted and great customer service. This time round a driver has gone to pick up a large footstool for me from Harpenden, saving me money going back and forth and also saved me from hiring a van as my car is too small. So friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
