Very happy with the installation of our stove by Vic and the team. The whole operation of removal of the old and installation of the new, while protecting an old marble surround, was very efficient. Jake and Mike are clearly experienced and well organised. They were very tidy, leaving the room clean at the end of each day. They also coped bravely with swooping Cliftonwood seagulls when the liner went in!

Amazing product and serviceVic was so professional and conscientious throughout the process. His estimate was very thorough and accurate, with no bad surprises and he led us through the choices we had really well with a good understanding of what’s allowable and what isn’t under building regs.The craftmanship he put into the stove installation was excellent, with a beautiful finish and details. It was also a very tidy and quick installation process in terms of impact to our home. I just LOVE our red Arada stove, and the way he opened up the brick fireplace and exposed the original arch sets it off beautifully.The plasterer was also very friendly, and did a beautiful job.I’m writing this sitting beside the stove on the first day cold enough to use it, and it couldn’t be lovelier.

I see hundreds of stove installations across Bristol as a chimney sweep (Best Sweep Chimney Sweeps) and I was asked recently to refurbish a sorry looking stove prior to its installation by this company. I’ve just been back to complete it and I have to say that the job they have done is absolutely first class. The standard of finish and materials used are some of the best I’ve seen. I wish they were all like this.

Vic and his team were excellent from start to finish. The initial survey was instructive , with possible options carefully explained, and the installation itself carried out professionally with attention to detail throughout. A pleasure to have these guys in our home and we are delighted with the result with the new chimney brest fitting in well. Would recommend without hesitation.

Jake and Mike have just installed our new Arada log burner and did a fantastic job. They only took about 8 hours in total, kept me informed at every stage and produced no mess whatsoever. Behind the scenes Hannah and Vic were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Vic and his team of Jake and Mike did an excellent job. Vic’s advice on choice of stove and best location in our lounge was invaluable. They worked efficiently, effectively and kept dust levels down with regular vacuum use. We love the end result.
