The worst experience! AVOID!!! Ordered a turkey for Christmas a month in advance. No turkey. No answer. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t reply to emails. Needless to say, paid £96 for an experience that is further ruining this already sad Christmas. Awful. Stay away from these people!Just to add that their “free delivery over £80” promise is a complete lie. They charged me an extra £7.87 for a delivery that never happened!So dishonest and unreliable

Have been using Graig for over 12 years. Always had superb service. Organic meat, veg, and fish at very good prices, free delivery over £50, and knowledgeable and helpful people.Smoked bacon is gorgeous. Render rinds and fat down for crunchy nibbles and lovely bacon fat to fry other things. Butterflied leg of lamb will melt in your mouth.Excellent small, local supplier.

Very pleased with my order. Came nicely packaged and delivered quickly. The admin team are great, they answered all my queries in a professional manner and were quick to reply. Also the produce is delicious. Will be ordering from here on a regular.

Superb! The meat is of the highest quality and flavour. I'm happy to pay for meat that has been cared for properly and it's evident in the smell, texture and taste. I can't thank you enough. I work for the NHS and cook for colleagues who all remark on the unbelievable flavour. A real treat at the end of our difficult shifts x

Very disappointed. Frozen meat and fresh meat are packed together so unsurprisingly the frozen meat thaws. Emailed but response shows no sign of of any willingness to change this unsafe practice. Will not use again. Have used online meat suppliers before and have never experienced this problem.

Ordered a £180 turkey for Christmas 2021. It was off when it arrived and had to be thrown away. It did not appear to have been kept cold during transport and smelled really bad. Emailed Graig's farm but did not get a response until a couple of months later when all they offered was 15% off another purchase.

I discovered Graig Farm quite by accident 4 years age. Johnathan was in the farm yard and we got talking. He offered me 2 lamb steaks to try. It was the best lamb I had ever tasted. I have been buying meat ever since and have never had any sub standard meat. It is top quality organically produced meat. Not the cheapest, but certainly second to none. Highly recommended

I purchased Pork and a large free range vacuum packed chicken for Christmas. The chicken cost £35.35 for the large. I Have a big family gathering so the large chicken was important. I have just received my order; the chicken is big enough for 4 people in fact the weight on it is £22.95 and its wrapped up in paper. I have just called Craig to inform them that I did not receive the correct size and was told there will be no more deliveries so there is nothing they can do. I am beyond disappointed and wont waste my time ordering from Craig Farm again. Now I have to go out shopping for more chicken. I only hope i will receive a refund of over £10. Ridiculous!
