DPD Depot

I can accept mistakes, bad decisions and bad communication to a certain point. But for the depot manager to refuse to deliver and pickup jobs and not talk to me or tell me why so I can at least tell my customer, is just wrong. They don't pick up the phones or respond to emails at the depot either. Communication from the Enfield depot manger is a resounding zero. The drivers are the hardest workers but are let down by the decision making and communication from the depot manager. Spoke to customer service and they said I should use another courier. What a joke. I understand that I can use another courier, but not on a Saturday with such short notice and after we already agreed a price with the DPD sales team who confirmed they can pickup/deliver.

Should be zero, but I have to give at least 1 star.Delivery due between 5pm-6pm driver turned up at 3pm when I was out..Customer service is a joke and depot doesn't answer phone.If your going to attempt earlier delivery that's fine but if I'm not in you should come back between the time slot given.

A no-go zone for customers. Never got inside. There is a big wall and intercom that no one care to answer.

Did not attempt to deliver parcel, twice. Left delivery notification card in the street, with a pile of others unconnected to us. Impossible to contact, all directors of DPD Uk are not on LinkedIn so cant contact them via that route. Something fishy about DPD

Stole my parcel before it arrived. Customers should be given a unique password to enter to prove a delivery was made rather than a dodgey picture showing your parcel. DPD delivery drivers seem to steal a lot of parcels from what I have heard.

Driver did not even try to deliver. We are a joinery workshop with more than 30 people working there, but they all missed the DPD driver. Really!!

I don`t remember that have delivery on time from this depot, (15:00-16:00) now is 18:45 after i spoke with DPD still haven`t got call back. Don`t know where is my parcel when on live time tracking driver was 2 min away then just drive away back in Enfield. Very poor service from DPD!!!

People hanging the phone on you, drivers getting the wrong address with the excuse that the supplier gave the wrong address and I did double check. The depot doesn’t want the public to pick up the items, maybe you don’t want to be told in person how awful your service is.

Been waiting 5 days for a delivery, then i'm given with a slot and tracked the driver playing with his van around my area for 2 hours. With a delay of over two hours the useless custumer service people said the van broke down. Another hour goes by and get told we missed you" and as it's Friday
