Such a lovely place to have tea/coffee and cake. The staff are great, the cakes are scrumptious, and the whole experience is enjoyable. Give the chains a miss and visit this establishment - you won’t regret it!Will be returning to try the cinema experience very soon!

I purchased tickets well in advance for a screening, only to be turned away on the night as they were full. Staff were apologetic, but when tickets are purchased this should mean you have a seat, otherwise why sell tickets in advance.

Our daughters’ birthday party at Southsea Cinema was fantastic fun. Aysegul and her team were welcoming, flexible, kind and a lot of fun. The event was a great success and I want to repeat it any chance I get!

Lovely cinema with a cute cafe.Enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate and a slice of cake whilst on holiday in Portsmouth. Cozy - comfortable and really cute.100% recommendOwner is really sweet too.

I went there to an afternoon screening.It seemed a bit shambolic.The person on the desk didn't know how much I needed to pay, and couldn't access the till, so I paid more than I should, so I didn't need change. I should have gotten a drink, but it didn't materialise. Then the film didn't work.To be fair, I got a refund when the film was finally abandoned but I was give a pound less than I paid, but by then, I was feeling a bit sorry for them and decided to call it a day.A lot of potential but needs a fair bit of work.

This is a small and cosy cinema run by volunteers. We enjoyed the film and the atmosphere. They serve great coffee and cake. Please support this community venture!
