Love my one-off coaching session with Pauline M Coaching. Pauline guided me through the process of building/drawing my tree of life (arbre de vie). Very happy with the experience. I feel the tree of life is a powerful tool which will accompany me along my journey. It is not set in stone either and I can go back to it, add to it if necessary. Thank you Pauline!

Without knowing much what coaching meant, I embarked on a journey with Pauline at a time where I was reflecting on my professional next steps. Pauline took great care in working at my own pace and offering her kind, careful and respectful eyes and expertise to help me advance. I can truly say there was a before and after, I now better understand who I am, what I want, what I want to achieve, how to reach my goals whilst identifying saboteurs. Pauline offered many tools and carefully selected most appropriate for my own persona and path. I can't recommend enough to work with Pauline.
