Hired the red blue stars bouncy castle today for a summer fair. It's named one of the small ones but found the size was big enough. Very impressed how quickly and efficiently it was set up. All the kids loved it and was very popular. Particularly good as it rained on and off throughout the day but the covered roofing of the castle meant it didn't get wet. Will be using their company again.

Horrible Company! Never Book with WOW Bouncy Castle Hire....I booked through their online booking system 3 months before my daughter's 5th birthday party as I knew the Frozen bouncy castle would be popular. It was available on the day that I wanted. All was booked, or so I thought. At 7pm the day before the party WOW bouncy castles sent me a TEXT to say they COULD NOT DELIVER and a sorry for the inconvenience. I could not believe it, to call so late the night before with no explanation I was shocked but distressed as to how I was able to get a bouncy castle for the Frozen themed party. The bouncy castle was the main attraction. I tried calling several times NO ANSWER until I left a voicemail saying I would be writing a negative review. They eventually called back, but I was too upset at this point to speak with them. Thankfully I got a Frozen castle from BAILDON BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE. I believe that WOW got another booking closer to where they are in Leeds and I was in Bradford. The horrible thing about this is that WOW state they set up the company as a supplier let their son down and they didn't want this for another child.This is an appalling service and I would never advise anyone to book with them as I wouldn't want to run the risk of another child and their friends being disappointed.BE WARNED DO NOT BOOK WITH WOW

Bouncy castle was fine however customer service was disgusting and ruined it all, When it came to collection the way the guy spoke to the children was horrible, no apology, no remorse and when pulled up on it he tried to lie his way out of it rather than acknowledging his wrong doing however was told by numerous people at the venue that his approach towards the children was uncalled for unprofessional

Hired the call of duty bouncy castle yesterday for are son's birthday party. What a fantastic service. Rang them at the last minute the night before and they helped us out straight away. Will definitely be using wow bouncy castle again in the future and have recommended to friends and family. Many thanks Wow.

Hired a small castle for my sons birthday. It arrived early morning and was set up straight away. The kids loved it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Bouncy castle was really dirty so had to give it a good wipe myself on the day of my sons birthday.. the cost of the bouncy castle was £70 and I gave £80 expecting £10 back which the man had promised to give when he comes to pick up the bouncy castle etc.. but apparently forgot.. then tried again next day and the next day.. it’s been a week.. not received it but it’s fine lol I give up now and just feel embarrassed for him. Hope the £10 made him Rich.

A cracking service from start to finish couldn’t ask for a better bouncy castle company for my daughters 2nd birthday our family will defiantly be using this company again & also recommend them to family & friends thank you.

Used this provider a couple of times and definitely recommend. Very happy with the service provided and the kids loved the hire. Only objection I have is the £20 add on cost when using in a hall when in fact it’s a guaranteed booking as won’t be cancelled due to weather. It’s an excessive and unnecessary add on to the price. Like I said they’ve proved reliable and been used by myself and other family members.
