Rude shop owner actually swore at me for turning around on her parking space

This bridal shop is an hidden gem and comes highly recommended, excellent customer care with a personal touch,we found the most stunning beautiful wedding dress having travelled around the city of Stoke-on-Trent. The wedding was yesterday 29/07/17 .Yes I would use this bridal shop again without a doubt .

Had a lovely dress from here for daughters prom. Only for some off the diamontes to fall off during her prom. How embarrassing for her. Shouldnt of really happened at £150 for the dress.

Lady was really rude when we visited for my sister's wedding. Won't be trying here for my dress.

It states you do not have to make any appointments on this website, so myself and my partner drove all the bridesmaids down for the lady to come out and tell us we weren't allowed in, whilst we were stood there in the pouring down rain, for me to then be called rude as I stated we'd all go aisle of bride and then return later, so I'm basically rude for wanting to shop around for the perfect bridesmaid dress and not wanting to just look in one shop. In complete shock about it if I'm honest, really don't understand how I'm rude and how she expects me to go back after this, which I won't be, as this company have completely lost our custom.

I think that it is the best recommended bridle shop in the world they have some very nice dresses and shoes for if you want to treat your pretty bride.

If you are a bride to be I would definitely visit this wedding shop. I have found my perfect wedding dress. The lady who helped me was so caring, patient and helpful.

Bridesmaids dress did not arrive until 2 weeks before my wedding which was too late to match up other items/cravats etc and have fittings and alterations sorted. Alot of stress caused for the bride. Not fault of owner more like bad communication from the supplier warehouse
