A night out In Wakefield. Hotel booked the cab in for me - not ABC - which was late, took a ridiculous route and overcharged. So when it was time to head back I just dropped into the ABC office. Very friendly reception, car was ready in no time at all, driver was friendly and efficient, would definitely use them next time I’m there

Had the loveliest driver at 11:15 from pinderfields with my 3 young children, pushchair and shopping bag and 2 of my children fell asleep and he was ever so lovely and got the shopping and pushchair out and waited so patiently with my other 2 for me to get my youngest who'd fallen asleep inside :)

One of their drivers stalked me and followed me home to my house, only stopped because I was opening the building door. Disgusting. They hire creeps.

Decades using this taxi company ruined by this taxi driver!!! The back seat was soaking wet when we sat down. The driver tried to act surprised but both the back windows were down when we got in. I dread to think what we sat in but we were both SOAKED when we get out. And he had the nerve to charge us full price and not even apologise. Disgusting and unforgivable behaviour!!! First time coming here and definitely coming again! Such a lovely, theatrical atmosphere with the cutest handmade ghosts! The little wall interactions were actually interestingly funny and it really made my mum's day to finally be able to come! It's now going to be our monthly visit place

I've just reduced my 5 star rating to 2 stars. I've used the company frequently for years but a recent experience has left me very disappointed. I booked a taxi for the morning to get me to the train station, the taxi arrived and I could see it out of the window. By the time I put my shoes on and went outside the taxi had gone. I phoned the office (2 minutes after the agreed pick up time according to Google time). Taxi left me as a no show". They sent him back and I pointed out his clock was 3 minutes fast. I ended up missing my train by 1 minute and was left out of pocket by £140 because I had to buy another train ticket to London. I'm really disappointed but at least ACE were on time when I used them for the first time for my return journey. Unlikely I will use ABC again

Taxi driver very nice.. a little bit more expensive than other taxi firms I use but all in all ok

When the driver swerves around the road trying to knock you off your bike when he has a paying customer in the car you begin to think that being a taxi driver is not his ideal profession. God help anyone who uses this company and gets him.
