Asian Women Confidence Coaching
I had never had coaching before and had a 1 hour session with Pauline, I felt a positive impact from our session and Pauline really helped me navigate my thoughts and problems I was having with my career. She really listened without any judgement, and was empathetic towards my situation. It felt like speaking and going through ideas with a friend. Although it was just 1 session and an hour, I feel that the issues I was finding hard to navigate, and the decision I was struggling with was clearer after speaking with Pauline, and now feel much more confident.
